dc.description.abstractThis interview features Elizabeth Haley as she discusses her career with the College of Human Sciences at Texas Tech University. In this interview, Haley describes the interview process for the Dean position of the College of Human Sciences, and her first impressions of Texas Tech and Lubbock. She then moves on to explains the details of her position and the many programs that she has helped get started in the college. Haley wraps up the interview by discussing the balancing act that college departments need to do and her collections that she wishes to donate to the Southwest Collection.en_US
