Abstract
This interview features Danny Hardaway, the first black athlete at Texas Tech University as he discusses his sports background. In this interview, Danny describes growing up in the south and his first memories of playing sports. He then moves on to detail playing football and basketball in high school, and being recruited for multiple colleges. Danny then ends the interview by explaining his reasoning for choosing Texas Tech for college.
