In this interview Esfandiary describes going to college in the United States and working at a restaurant while he was in school. He then delves into how he met his wife and how he worked together with a half-way house to help young adults get sober and improve their lives. Esfandiary closes the interview by recounting how he opened his restaurant and how he learned how to make chicken fried steak.en_US
