Accompanying press release states: "FOR OUTSTANDING SERVICE--Bill Daniels, chief of Texas Tech's Traffic Security Department, watches as his secretary, Mary Ann Grandjean, decorates his office with a plaque presented him by the National Association of College and University Traffic Security Directors. Daniels, outgoing president of the association, was presented the award at the association's recent national convention at the University of Colorado."
