Abstract
Description
Negative of a group of Texas Tech students playing musical instruments. The image appeared in the 1937 La Ventana yearbook accompanied by the caption, "RHYTHM. Emily SoRelle, Myrtle Morris, Ruth Jameson, Duck Inn Orchestra, furnish mealtime melody." SoRelle, an engineering major, was the first woman to officially join the Texas Tech marching Band.
