Description
A brief with 20 double sided pages submitted by the Post Chamber of Commerce to the Locating Board for Texas Technological College. A stitched rectangle of white fabric with "Garza Sheeting Postex Cotton Mills" stamped on it in black encloses the pages of the brief. The photographs contain scenes of downtown and unidentified buildings; a fold-out photograph of the Postex Cotton Mills; Two Draw Lake; Post Power Company; agricultural scenes, including cattle from the Double U Company; Also included is a map showing the population trend toward Post and a map showing the proposed site for the new college.
