dc.descriptionUndated photograph of the Lubbock High School building which was found inside a 1926 La Ventana yearbook that had been owned by Doyle Blankenship. This building was located between 13th and 14th streets in the 2000 block. By 1930, construction began on the current Lubbock High School building and the former building became Carroll Thompson Junior High. The building was demolished in the 1990s to make way for a sports complex.en_US
