The PDF for the 5/20/77 meeting is 105 pages long and covers topics such as: issuance of student fee revenue bonds; residence hall rates; traffic and parking regulations for 197-78; a compulsory student health service fee; promotion of Magne Kristiansen to the rank of Horn Professor; usage of TV cameras and TVs on campus; and numerous building projects including renovation of the University Center, construction on the Junction campus, the naming of the Natural Science Research Laboratory, and discussion for the site of the Agricultural Pavilion.
