Inscription (on back): From Left to Right: Herbert C. ("Bert") Irvin; Duse Irvin, wife of H.C.; Lottie Landers Slagel, wife of H. P. ("Cap") Slagel; and Catherine Slagel, taken in 1926 at camp near Owen-Sloan Oil Company's W. D. Johnson Well No. 1 (D&A) in Loving County, Texas near Metone and about 45 miles across the Pecos River NE of Pecos, Reeves County, Texas -- this well was a 4,000-ft. Delaware Basin test (D&A).
