Westmoreland; John Howard and JOIN (Jobs or Income Now); rioting in Montreal; deserters; Chicano solidarity; riots in South Africa over aparteid; Bill of Rights Day; the "Board of Regents Marching Song"; a review of "The Electric Kool-Aid Test"; effects of marijuana use; Reis Lopez Tijerinal criticism of Charlie Guy; criticism of students citing the Pledge of Allegiance"; and Kim Agnew. The issue is the Gala Christmas Edition and sold for 25 cents.
