PBPM 79-039.040.01 Inscription (on back): Swabbing oil from Underwriters Producing & Refining Company's Zilpha Morrison Well No. 2 (well no. 1 was D&A). Note calf wheel and bailer line in background. The swab was attached to the wire line drilling cable, lowered into the oil in the hole (which entered and passed through swab as it was lowered, but the valve therein opened or closed depending upon whether swab was being lowered or raised. 10-31-79 This picture was furnished by H.
