This land promotional, issued by the Atchison, Topeka and Sante Fe Railway Company, discusses agricultural topics surrounding the Panhandle and South Plains region of Texas. The promotional contains discussions relating to many of the counties in the region through which the company's railway traverses, including counties as far north as Lipscomb, Hemphill and Roberts and as far south as Fisher and Nolan. There are representative images showcasing the region's farming capability as well as a map of the railway's route. There is a later edition (1915) of this promotional that the railway distributed that varies largely from this one in content.
