Abstract
Description
The bound brief, dated April 10, 1923, consists of 20 printed pages with blank end pages and front and back covers. It was submitted by the Munday Committee to the Locating Committe for Technological College. Hargraves Printing Company of Dallas, Texas, produced the printed pages. An outer envelope accompanies the brief. The map delinates the proposed site for the new college, along with a three page, notorized supplement that details the amount of land and its cost.
