FRANK H. KELLEY [Hall of Famer] at his desk in office of Magnolia Petroleum Company located near Sam Sloan's corner office in Earnest Building (where I worked) in the 100 Block of Walnut Street, Colorado City, Texas. This picture was taken during the middle or late 1920's. Frank was best landman in West Texas, or anywhere else for that matter.
