Home Economics Professor Billie Wolfe and President Grover E. Murray looking a photographs in a windmill exhibit.
Accompanying press release states: "WINDMILL EXHIBIT--Home Economics Prof. Billie Wolfe and Texas Tech President Grover E. Murray examine a photograph of a 1900-vintage Eclipse windmill now on exhibit in the Tech library. The mill, located on the Canon ranch near Sheffield, is powered by a huge wooden-slatted wheel, 22 1/2 feet in diameter. Miss Wolfe made the photographs which will remain on display through Jan. 19."
