Abstract
Plan for the first floor of the Administration Building.
Description
The Administration Building was the first structure built at the newly established Texas Technological College. The plan includes the following identified spaces: the cloister, salle porte, symmetrical rotundas on either side of the salle porte, library, stack room, post office, dean of women, registrar's office, and the offices for employment, business manager, purchasing agent, bookkeeper, and auditor.
The Texas Tech University Physical Plant Department scanned the item for accessibility. The original vellum blueprints, which now reside in the holdings of the University Archives, are fragile and unavailable for use.
