Photograph of four Texas Tech female students who are officers of the newly established Delta Sigma Theta sorority taken on September 16, 1970. The accompanying press releases tucked behind the photograph states: "GETTING STARTED -- Officers of Delta Sigma Theta, national sorority for black women, are planning activities for their first year on campus.
