Negative of Ruth Horn Andrews with a copy of her new book, "The First Thirty Years," on the history of Texas Technological College. Ruth was the daughter of Texas Tech's first president, Paul Whitfield Horn, and the school's first official faculty baby born in 1925, the year the school opened.
