Description
Negative of a scene from the Texas Tech September 11th Remembrance Ceremony taken on September 11, 2002. The ceremony in Memorial Circle marked the one year anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks against the United State. Texas Tech President David Schmidly is pictured at the podium.
