Photograph of a group of Texas Tech Law students dated February 16, 1968. The accompanying press release states "Tech Bar Officers -- William G. Shaw, left, of Brownwood, discusses constitutional structure for Texas Tech's new Student Bar Association formed Thursday by the student body of Tech's Law School. Shaw is the SBA's representative to the Student Senate. Other officers, from left, are Vice President Michael L. Fostel of Irving, President Jack Cowley of Hillsboro, Secretary-Treaturer Scott H. Bush of Dallas, and Gary Sanderson of Nederland, the group's representative to the Tech Board of Student Organizations."
