Undated photograph of President Clifford B. Jones on horseback on Arbor Day at Texas Technological College. A group of students is standing nearby.
Previously, the individual in this photograph had been identified as Texas Tech President Bradford Knapp. However, his daughter, Virginia Knapp, stated in September of 1999 that her father never wore boots and that the man actually pictured was Texas Tech President Clifford B. Jones.
