Photograph of Dr. Paul H. Carlson, History professor at Texas Tech University, with a ram and another unidentified man taken in the spring of 1977 by Sylvan Dunn, director of the Southwest Collection/Special Collections Library. The photograph was taken for promoting Carlson's book, Texas Woollybacks: the Range Sheep and Goat Industry, and the manuscript collections featuring sheep and goat records housed within the special collections library.
