Photograph of two women and a man inside a new dormitory room. The accompanying press release tucked behind the photograph states "COEDS PAUSE TO 'PRETTY UP' DURING INSPECTION OF NEW DORM -- Texas Tech Vice President for Business Affairs M. L. Pennington waits patiently as freshman coeds Ann Farmer (L), Littlefield, and Elaine Morse, Quitman, check their makeup during an inspection tour of the three-nearly completed resident halls in the new Wiggins Complex. Pennington gave the girls an escorted tour of the 12-story dormitories while marking the first anniversary of the ground breaking for the project."
