Photograph of Doctor Robert Carr taken on May 29, 1968. The press release tucked behind the photograph states "MEDICAL HISTORY RECORDED -- Dr. Robert Carr, president of the Lubbock-Crosby-Garza County Medical Society, takes a breather from recording the minutes of the organizational meeting of the society. The minutes of that meeting, Jan. 23, 1909, and for the meetings for the next 20 years are housed in the Southwest Collection at Texas Tech. (Tech Photo)"
