Description
The 1937 Board of Directors meeting minutes covers the minutes of the 1/26/37 (Lubbock) meeting; the 6/1/27 (Lubbock) meeting; the 7/14/37 (Fort Worth) meeting; the 9/4/37 (Lubbock) meeting; the 10/16/37 (Lubbock) meeting; and the 12/15/37 (Lubbock) meeting.

This 62-page document is part of a bound set of Board of Directors meeting minutes that had been loaned to the University Archives for scanning by the Board of Regents Office. Each year's meeting minutes have been scanned separately rather than as a multi-year bound volume. The 1/26/37 minutes were at the end of the 1923-1938 bound volume and the remainder of the 1937 minutes were bound within the 1937-1944 bound volume. The administrative body once known as the Board of Directors is now called the Board of Regents.
