Accompanying press release states: "FISCAL OFFICERS--Key Texas senior college and university business officers take a coffee break during Monday's meeting in Wiggins Commons at Texas Tech. Seated, from the left, are Tom D. Cherry, Texas A&M vice president in charge of fiscal affairs adn president-elect of the association; Carolyn S. Cates, Tech dormitory conselor and chairman of the president's hostesses for the meeting; Tech Business Affairs Vice President M. L. Pennington, and Kenneth H. Ashworth, Austin, Assistant federal programs and facilities planning commissioner for the Coordinating Board, Texas College and University System."
