L. Rowsey, et al., d.b.a. Great Western Refining Company, Big Spring, Howard County, Texas; and 3) Constantine Bros., Wickett, Ward County, Texas, each and all of which had access to oil loading racks located along the Texas & Pacific Railway Co.
