Description
Photograph of two men with hanging meats that are being cured.
The photograph was originally pasted on page 35 of the Block and Bridle Club "Annual Report, 1956-1957" with the caption "Pictured here are Block and Bridle Club members Bill Laroe on the left and C. P. Smith preparing the hams for smoking that were sold at the ham sale." The photograph, which came loose from the page, was placed into an archival photograph sleeve and is housed separately from the report. The 4 x 5 negative for this image is located in U148.3 Public Information Negative Collection box 3 folder 17 image #48.
