Undated view of the Dairy Manufactures Laboratory. The caption on the back of the photo states: "View of one quarter of the Dairy Manufactures Laboratory, Texas Technological College. Maximum capacity 12 men; 96 men took identical work in this laboratory last semester. This required a total of 8 classes and caused an overload on the teachers and a great inconvenience to students. Crowding in this type of work is extremely dangerous."
