The brief is 35 pages, including the front and back covers, and includes numerous letters of support. It was submitted by Ray L. Walker, Secretary for the Lampasas Chamber of Commerce, to the Locating Committe for Technological College. The separate map depicts the 2000 acres of proposed site for the new college.
