Photograph of an aerial view of the Texas Technological College campus and the city of Lubbock looking north east taken in 1968. 19th Street and the Tech Terrace neighborhood are shown in the bottom half of the photograph, which was taken while the Business Administration Building was under construction. Coleman Hall and the Wiggins Complex are visible in the middle of the photo.
