Description
Undated photograph of former Texas Tech Band Director Dewey O. Wiley looking at one of his scrapbooks. Wiley directed the Simmons College Cowboy Band from 1921 to 1934 and the Texas Technological College Band 1934 to 1959. His collection is housed in the University Archives at the Southwest Collection/Special Collections Library. 1970? is handwritten in pencil on the lower left corner on the back of the photograph.
