Letter to owners of Peters’ Colony land and patrons of the Agency stressing importance of establishing price and terms for parcels of land to facilitate sale of the land. This information enables agents to make quick and profitable sales when the buyers are just passing through the country as many were through Texas. Specific mention is made of E.S. Graham, land agent in Graham, Tex.; the Agency was not seeking to include lands handled by Mr. Graham.
