The PDF for the 12/101/60 meeting is 115 pages long and covers topics such as: a resolution of appreciation for Christmas lighting donations; setting up a job classification system for non-academic personnel; course revisions; various grants; proposed changes to the Tenure Policy; purchase of the Otto Muller Library collection for the Library; resignation of football director DeWitt Weaver and the appointments of Polk Fancher Robinson and J. T. King; numerous building project updates including moving into the new Architecture-Computer Building, contracts for the new Library, and approvals for final acceptance dates for the Agronomy and Horticulture Buildings; temporary housing of women in one of the men's residences due to housing demands; and interest by the US Air Force in research at Texas Tech.
