Including the front and back covers and inserted maps, the brief is 40 pages and was submitted by the Crosbyton Committee to the Locating Board for Texas Technological College. The bound document covers such subjects as climatic conditions; water supply; agriculture and livestock; city faciilties including buildings, utilities, schools and churches; transportation facilities; and the possible site for the new college.
