Abstract
Description
14 page proposal submitted by the Ballinger Committee to the Locating Board for Texas Technological College. A three page amendment listing 1921-1922 school and graduation statistics was added by Stewart L. Williams. The proposal also contains 7 plates featuring photographs and maps. Supplementing the proposal is a three page resolution signed by J. McGregor, along with numerous other signatures, guaranteeing a source of water for the new college should Ballinger be the chosen location.
