Description
The February, 1942, issue of the Texas Tech Magazine includes articles on the dean's report on progress of the Engineering Division and the war efforts effects on the program; a new dye room in Textile Engineering; the history of the Civilian Pilot Training Program at Texas Tech; establishment of an Army Institute on campus by the War Department; and Fred Waring's introduction of the Texas Tech song on the College Smoker program.
