Description
Photograph of the Goin' Band marching in Preston Smith's inaugural parade in Austin. Written on the back of the photograph is "Preston Smith's inauguration (Tech graduate, '34) Gov. Texas January 1969" and "'The Goin' Band' marched in the inaugural parade and played the national anthem when Gov. Smith mounted the inaugural platform." The image has crop lines drawn in black ink.
