Description
Photograph of the Great Plains Life Building under construction taken on November 30, 1953. The photograph was labeled "B.M.F.P. Construction Co." Surrounding businesses pictured include Walgreens and the Hotel Lubbock. The high-rise office building is the tallest building in Lubbock, Texas and later became known as the NTS Building. It was renovated in 2019 and renamed the Metro Tower.
