Description
Photograph of the Great Plains Life Building under construction taken on June 15, 1953. The photograph was labeled "B.M.F.P. Construction Co." The high-rise office building is the tallest building in Lubbock, Texas and later became known as the NTS Building. It was renovated in 2019 and renamed the Metro Tower. Pictured also to the right is a portion of the Hotel Lubbock.
