Abstract

Harold Eggers discusses the different situations in which he recorded with Townes Van Zandt. Following, he explains Townes' health issues and his unexpected death. Eggers also goes into detail about the ongoing lawsuit against the Van Zandts concerning the control and income from Van Zandt's music and recordings.
