Negative of Jessica Melvin, 2002-2003 Masked Rider, on the horse Midnight Matador taken on March 28, 2002. The Masked Rider is one of two official mascots for Texas Tech University. Melvin is pictured visiting with a group of children and adults on the campus of Texas Tech University.
