This image is of Jesse Taylor's Newman "Dice" guitar. Ted Newman custom-built the guitar for Taylor. Jesse Taylor received the guitar before his gig playing with the Joe Ely Band, who was opening for the Rolling Stones at Sun Devil Stadium in Arizona on December 13, 1981.
