Description
Negative of Virginia Knapp, daughter of Dr. Bradford Knapp, Dr. Donald Haragan and Raider Red at the podium during the April 30, 1999 Arbor Day ceremony at Texas Tech University. Dr. Knapp served as 2nd president of Texas Tech from 1932-1938 and established the Arbor Day tradition at the university beginning in 1938.
