"All lots in south half of blks from 97 to 112 are 25 x 115 ft. All lots in blks from 113 to 126 are 25 x 125 ft. All lots in north half of blks from 127 to 142 are 25 x 115 ft. All other lots are 26 x 125 ft. Cedar, Singer, Chestnut, South First and North First Streets are 100 ft wide. All other sts are 75 feet wide. The alleys running east and west in blks from 97 to 112 and 127 to 142 are 15 ft wide. All other alleys are 20 ft wide."
