Description
The PDF for the 10/18/66 meeting is 147 pages long and covers topics such as the conferring of emeritus status on faculty and a resolution establishing the ranks of Adjunct Professor and Consulting Professor at Texas Tech. The bulk of the minutes concern numerous building project updates including approval for remodeling the first floor and basement of the Administration Building east wing, planning for new swine, sheep and goat facilities, approval for the final drawings of the Business Administration Building, funding and interior design of the Wiggins Complex, authorization for the construction of phase I of the entrance marker at the east end of the Amon G. Carter Plaza, and a resolution that the Livestock Judging Pavilion is to be preserved and never demolished.
