Photograph of four men gathered for a meeting. The associated caption taped on the back of the photo states "PLANNERS FOR MEDICAL SCHOOL -- Texas Tech President Grover E. Murray, center, and Norman Igo, right, director of new construction; confer with two members of a team of master planners from Houston for the Medical Center. They are Terry Tengler, left, project director for the team, and Jim Collier, project manager. The team is from the Houston firm of Caudill, Rowlett and Scott.
