Biographical Sketch
Harvey Joe Sanner is a Des Arc, Arkansas, farmer, as well as an activist in the American Agriculture Movement (AAM) since the 1970s. He participated in its “Tractorcade”, and served many years as the organization’s Arkansas chapter president.
