Johnson and Samuel E. Curl; amendments to the interagency cooperation contract between Texas Tech and and the Texas Tech School of Medicine; campus parking regulations for 1976-77; and numerous building projects including the naming of the Food Technology Building and the David M. DeVitt and Mallet Ranch Building, and the continued use of Drane Hall as interim School of Medicine facilities.
