The accompanying press release states "BRUSHING UP ON TYPING TECHNIQUES -- Three members of a class of 17 minority group secretarial trainees get instruction in the techniques of operation and maintenance of electric typewriters from Dolores Kilchenstein, professor of business administration and secretarial administration at Texas Tech. The trainees, from left, are Ruth Smith, Rita Pride and Rita Mitchell, all of Lubbock.
